RAMEN MENU (1st Floor)
The Shio, Shoyu, Mugi-Miso, and Spicy Miso come standard with our noodles (egg-based) and topped with wok charred garlic, onions, bean sprouts, ground pork, chashu, scallions, and nori. Our noodles are imported from Sapporo, Japan & made by Nishiyama Seimen Company according to a recipe we developed there.-

This ramen most shows off the unique nuance of our Chintan stock. It is our most delicate and aromatic ramen.

This traditional Sapporo ramen is made with a rich soy sauce that’s blended with our Chintan stock. This soup has flavors of toasted garlic and light caramel tones. It comes with half an egg (nitamago) along with the other standard toppings.
